Happy & Healthy People’s Self-Relationship Literacy program helps individuals strengthen emotional awareness, set healthy boundaries, and develop inner confidence that supports every other relationship in life.
By learning to recognize and regulate emotions, participants gain the skills to respond — not react — and to move through stress and conflict with clarity and self-compassion.
